We will not deliver to any address which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Courier Post, Castle Couriers or NZ Post for New Zealand deliveries or International Express or Fedex/DHL Global Mail, EMS and NZ Courier Post for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand and extend this to a 1 year replacement guarantee thus: - should the product be received inoperable, or if you discover any manufacturing defects in your product, please contact us via our contact link, to arrange a repair or replacement. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. All bulk shipments to international distributors have 14 days after delivery to inspect received goods. If they do not meet quality of previously received samples, then distributor has the right to refuse receipt of goods and may arrange their return for refund.
Distributors are expected to keep their stock in good order, with regular charging according to the 2C LIGHT COMPANY LIMITED’s Battery Advice guidelines.
All bulk pricing quotations to dealers/distributors/importers include a 1% warranty discount. Distributors should offer warranty to their customers according to the consumer guarantee act or other appropriate laws in their region. Any product returns to dealer should be covered by the dealer, up to 1% of supplied product. Product returns exceed 0.2% of supplied product must be reported to 2C LIGHT COMPANY LIMITED, to give us the opportunity to investigate failures and continually improve future production.
2C LIGHT COMPANY LIMITED has products produced to ISO9001 certified processes to ensure scalable and consistent quality. As part of our Quality Assurance program, multiple checks of quality are made during the production process. Any defects reported from the market are investigated and reported back to manufacturing to ensure continuous improvement of our products.
2C LIGHT COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to make changes to our products design, performance, packaging, and technology, with the intention to continually improve our products. Note that the 2C Green Technology is designed to provide efficient power management and cannot exceed the bounds of physics. A self charging fully integrated lighting solution that can be worn, cannot match or exceed the performance of non renewable ‘high power’ products. However, as technology improvements are made, 2C LIGHT COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to update our products to take advantage of these scientific breakthroughs.
